If you are, or have been a client or participant of any of our programs or services at Logan Healthy Living, you are able to book in for private allied health consults.
These private consults are currently available with our Allied Health Clinicians for Dietetics, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.
Fees
The total fees for private consults are:
- Initial consultations (45 mins): $77
- Review consultations (30 mins): $77
Claiming rebates
If you have private health insurance that provides coverage for these consults, you will need to pay the $77 fee at the time of your consultation, and then we can provide you with a copy of the invoice that you can use to submit a claim with your private health insurer.
Bulk-billed with a GP referral
If you have a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) referral for these services, these consults will be fully bulk billed and come at no cost to you.
